Process

Konnectiva uses a project management process called the Konnectiva  Global Delivery Model (GDM). This process is based on and follows the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) framework and is designed to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Depending on the project's complexity the process consists of the following phases:

Initiation

This is the first phase of the project where the project team is formed, and the project objectives are defined.

icon

Monitoring and Control

In this phase, the project progress is monitored against the plan, and corrective actions are taken to keep the project on track.

icon

Planning

In this phase, the project plan is developed, which includes defining the project scope, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management

Closure

This is the final phase of the project where the project is formally closed, and lessons learned are documented for future reference.

Execution

This phase involves the actual execution of the project plan, including development, testing, and deployment.

Our Delivery Model

Konnectiva Software global delivery models allow software development teams to work remotely, collaborate across different time zones, and deliver projects to clients around the world. There are various global delivery models, and the exact process may vary depending on the company’s policies and the specific project requirements. However, the following are some model involved in the process:

Project Planning and Coordination

The project manager defines the project requirements, scope, and timelines. The project team is formed, and roles and responsibilities are assigned. The team may be geographically dispersed and may work in different time zones. The project manager coordinates the communication and collaboration among team members.

Testing:

The testing team tests the software to ensure that it meets the requirements and specifications. The testing process includes functional testing, performance testing, security testing, and user acceptance testing.

Requirement Gathering:

The requirements are gathered from the client, stakeholders, and end-users. The requirements are documented, and the project plan is updated accordingly.

icon

Deployment and Support:

Once the software is tested and approved, it is deployed to the client's environment. The team provides support and maintenance to ensure that the software continues to function correctly and meets the client's needs.

Design and Development:

The design and development process follows a structured approach based on the project plan. The team members work on their assigned tasks, and the progress is tracked regularly. Communication and collaboration among team members are crucial to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals.
