Konnectiva uses a project management process called the Konnectiva Global Delivery Model (GDM). This process is based on and follows the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) framework and is designed to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Depending on the project's complexity the process consists of the following phases:

Initiation

This is the first phase of the project where the project team is formed, and the project objectives are defined.

Monitoring and Control

In this phase, the project progress is monitored against the plan, and corrective actions are taken to keep the project on track.

Planning

In this phase, the project plan is developed, which includes defining the project scope, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management

Closure

This is the final phase of the project where the project is formally closed, and lessons learned are documented for future reference.

Execution

This phase involves the actual execution of the project plan, including development, testing, and deployment.

Project Planning and Coordination

Testing:
